Job Description

We are a growing, successful business that manufactures products of extraordinary quality for the high-net-worth luxury market. Our team is responsible for building awareness and engagement with interior designers and homeowners through brand storytelling across a range of marketing channels.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the team by project managing and executing product launches, creative campaigns, photo shoots and collateral production to achieve our goals in a dynamic environment.

As our ideal candidate, you have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy leveraging the latest project management tools and platforms to keep yourself and your team members focused on key milestones. Your diligence in setting project plans and tracking progress allows you to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You have strong attention to detail and take pride in the work you and your team produce, so you’re always uncovering overlooked details and opportunities to improve.

You enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a creative workplace – you’re willing to share your opinion, collaborate on a wide range of projects, and do what’s needed to support the team in completing the project on time, on budget and to our exceptional standards. You serve as a positive, motivational force to inspire and influence the team to accomplish their goals.

You’re a strong communicator, ensuring two-way conversation between team members, vendor partners and stakeholders. Your team members can rely on you to keep them informed of what they need to work on, by when, to ensure cross functional projects stay on track.
